If we've discussed your repair and provided the details, you’re in the right place to secure your slot. No double bookings allowed. All booking will be canceled! 1- Verify Your Confirmation – Ensure you’ve received confirmation from us before proceeding. 2- Pick a Date and Time – Select a time that works best for your confirmed repair. 3- Complete Your Booking – Receive an instant confirmation for your scheduled appointment. Online repair booking at K1 tech Care Ltd Booking Deposit Policy: To secure your appointment slot, a deposit is required. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to other bookings. The amount paid online will be deducted from the total price in-store


Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Booking Customers can book repair appointments online, over the phone, or in-store. Online bookings require confirmation from us. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your appointment is approved. Walk-ins are welcome, but priority will be given to pre-booked appointments. 2. Deposits & Payments Some repairs may require an upfront deposit, which will be deducted from the final repair cost. Payments can be made via cash, card, or online payment methods. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling is allowed, subject to availability. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a non-refundable deposit. 4. Turnaround Time Repair times vary based on the complexity of the issue and part availability. If additional parts are required, we will inform you about any delays. 5. Warranty & Liability Repairs are covered by a (Look in the warranty Terms) warranty (excluding accidental damage, liquid damage, or further physical damage). K1 Tech Care is not responsible for any pre-existing issues or data loss. Please back up your device before repair. 6. Customer Responsibility Customers must ensure that their device is fully functional except for the issue being repaired. Devices with additional damage may require further repairs, which will be quoted separately. 7.
