Cancellation Policy

📋 Booking, Cancellation & Diagnostic Policy – K1 Tech Care Ltd 1. Appointment Booking Customers can book repair appointments online, over the phone, or in-store. Online bookings require confirmation from us. A confirmation email or SMS will be sent once your appointment is approved. Walk-ins are welcome, but priority is given to pre-booked appointments. 2. Deposits & Payments All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the final repair cost if you proceed. Deposits are non-transferable between different customers or repairs. Payments can be made via cash, card, or approved online methods. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Customers may reschedule their original booking once only, subject to availability. Refunds are only provided if K1 Tech Care cancels the booking or cannot provide the agreed service. Failure to attend, cancelling without rescheduling, or repeated no-shows will result in the deposit being forfeited. 4. Turnaround Time Repair times vary depending on the type of fault and parts availability. If additional parts or work are required, we will contact you with updated costs and timeframes. 5. Warranty & Liability Repairs are covered by our standard warranty (see Warranty Terms), excluding accidental damage, liquid damage, or further physical damage. K1 Tech Care is not responsible for pre-existing issues or data loss. Customers should back up all data before submitting devices. 6. Customer Responsibility Customers must provide accurate information about their device and the reported fault. Diagnostic Services A diagnostic fee is charged for testing and fault-finding on devices. The fee is non-refundable, as it covers technician time, equipment use, and inspection. If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee will be deducted from the total repair cost. If you do not proceed, the fee is retained as payment for the diagnostic service. Diagnostics usually take 1–3 working days, but complex faults may take longer.
